To qualify for this program, all applicants need to meet the standard Greystar Qualifications and not exceed the Workforce Housing Income Limits of 120% AMI (Area Median Income) – see Qualifications below.

Rents for 60% median family income:
- Studio base rent starting at $1,192
- 1-bedroom base rent starting at $1,277
- 2-bedoom base rent starting at $1,531
Rents for 80% median family income:
- Studio base rent starting at $1,590
- 1-bedroom base rent starting at $1,703
- 2-bedoom base rent starting at $2,042
Rents for 120% median family income:
- Studio base rent starting at $2,385
- 1-bedroom base rent starting at $2,554
- 2-bedoom base rent starting at $3,063

- Complete application for every household member 55 years of age and older
Income verification items to include but not limited to:
- 2 months’ worth of consecutive pay stubs within the last 90 days
- Bank Statements
- Tax Returns
- Other potential Income – SSI, Child Support, Cash Gifts, etc...
- Additional documents may be required depending on each person’s individual income and assets
